Three days later we were able to get our change from the manger. My son went and prepaid $40.00 for gas on pump 8. The pump was acting odd so he stopped the pump at $14.93, went back into the store to get his refund and was told that the gas pump did not tell the clerk that there was a refund due. So he left and came home and shared his experience with me, and we went back pump 8 still showed he only received $14.93 worth of gas when I got there, I went into the store and said I have an issue, and the clerk redirected to the senior clerk, she said the same stuff to me as she did to my son, and told me that she would loose her job if she gave him back the money that she took for gas that was not received. I had her call her manger, which said she would look into it, and call me, I told the clerk I leave to go to work around 8 A.M. assuming she would take care of this issue. But as of noon they will not answer the phone, and have not reached out to me or my son to give him back the money he is owed, so the 14.93 we got in gas we have to use to go back to the store multiple time to resolve this theft of change. What makes this hard this was my favorite 7 eleven to go to. I also called 19 times today, connected once and was hung up on because the phone had so much back ground noise.

Had to gas up in the morning before work. This is the only gas station on my way to hwy 201. I guess I thought that I could rely on this gas station to be ready with GAS haha. All the pumps were out of service. I had to run to Maverik on 5600 W. Never go here. Go to Maverik instead they are 10000x better
