They took my order over the phone. They called me back about 25 minutes later saying that my address is way out of their area, as if it's MY FAULT! Kept transferring me until a so called manager or whatever got on the phone acting like it's my fault that they messed up. Crazy part is that they've delivered to me before and to multiple homes in the same area. Manager was so rude and short with me. He cut me off in the middle of my sentence and told me my money would be refunded in 3-5 business days. No apology, just kept blaming the worker who took my order. The entire staff needs to work on their customer service skills.
I ordered two pastas and one sandwich. The pastas were great, but the sandwich was hard and dry. I called to ask if they could replace the sandwich with another pasta. I was told that was not possible. I explained that the sandwich was not edible. The lady on the other end of the phone made it clear that unfortunately their sandwiches are usually over cooked and dry. She stated that they would remake the sandwich, but could not promise that it would be any better than the original. Now we wait for our dried up sandwich part 2. Im certain that it wont be any better. I wouldnt even feed it to my dogs. Rule of thumb, never purchase food from this location again.

Pretty sad service. We placed a order a couple of months ago and it was all wrong. I called and spoke with the manager and she gave us a $25 credit. Today I called in a take out order for 2 med pizzas and a cinnamon twist and was told that we owed $4.09 after they used our credit. They charged $11.99. Kinda interesting that they have a carry out special for $7.99 a medium. I asked about it when I arrived and was told I should have ordered on line. I was not able to use our credit on line so I was screwed and the people at that location didn't care. There is a older gentleman there that was extremely rude. Will not be going back.
Their delivery driver Priscilla just stole our pizza order. It said it was being delivered then was reversed to “quality check” and stayed there for 30 minutes before being closed out by Justin. No pizza was delivered but they sure took our money.
