Called and set up a tow from my moms house to mine, three days in advance. Said they would call the day before and they did not, so I called them back and they said it was still scheduled and they would be there at 9. Well at 9:40 that morning they had not showed yet so I called them and he said they had to cancel and could not do it for me. Would not have been so bad if they would have just took the minute to call and tell me and now I had taken the day off and driven an hour already. Would not recommend east texas tows, not even if you schedule in advance. Sorry east texas tows, I understand things come up but you had my information and could have just called me, but I was ignored.
I want to thank East Texas Towing for their quick response on helping my family and I as we were left on the side of the road. Very professional and great communication. Will gladly recommend their service to family and friends.
This young man was awesome...actually told me what to watch for with other services that would cheat my elderly Dad...showed up like he said he would..got my Dad taken care if in less than 15 min. And the price was far more fair than he should deserve!!
He was mute and expensive for no reason. 2 mins tow for $67! Ridiculously expensive!!!
