Terrible! After waiting 10 minutes for someone to come up from the back. The location didn’t have 2 out of 3 sides we asked for. I was asked if I new what came on the sandwich I ordered. Also didn’t have any sauce to put on a ranch chicken sandwich. What a joke. Don’t waste your time!!
This was our first time eating at this location and we will not return. There wasn't anything good about any of the food we received. The portions were very small in regards to the meat, average sizes for the side items. Chicken breast was extremely dry and salty, brisket was fatty and dried out, Cole slaw was served warm, Mac and cheese was dry, dinner rolls were stale. The Cokes that we got tasted like plain seltzer. I wish we would have dined in so that we could have gotten some type of resolution for this meal. $40 for 2 plates of dog food.
Really friendly people and food was great
Doesn't seem up to par with the other Dickey's I've eaten at. Didn't have the fixings area open so no pickles or onions or anything was out. The person behind the counter was definitely low on words but did ask if everything was ok at the end of my meal.
3 and a half to 4 stars cause honestly you never know what you're getting.nYou see a serious person working, you might be ok to order.. but you see some bouncy crazy guy just walk out. You'll get plastic in your chopped meats.nIt's under new management and I figured I'd try it out today. They were busy, found out they now do tacos which sounds delish.
