Steve who works here told us that he would be back the next morning to finish the job and look at our other a/c that we have at another address after we paid him $500.00.nWe waited till 10 the next morning and he never called so we called him to have him tell us that he was finished with our job and he was not going to finish the work due to our a/c being too old and did not have time for our second home's a/c.nSo, Steve took us for our $500.00 without properly fixing our unit and not even looking at our other unit.nI absolutely do NOT recommend Bay City Electric & Heating at all!!!nSave your money and have someone else do your work.
My most recent experience with Mr. Stephen was super unprofessional and very distasteful. Stephen told me that he didn't have time to talk to me and hung the phone up. I've used this business in the past but will not call back for service in the future at all. My suggestion to you would be to call another service provider rather than dealing with this cantankerous individual.
Great Place. Always in stock with almost every electrical item I ever need. Their prices are usually lower than large home improvement chain stores.
