Good communication with me and another staff to ensure he did exactly what I needed. The tech went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. As a professional homeowners association property manager working with trusted and competent vendors is of utmost importance. Byron was able to quickly and competently diagnose the issues and repair the electrical problem in a condominium building I manage. To expedite the situation he was even able to recreate and make a new part in his shop for the repair! He provides timely updates to arrival, provides competent notes and photos on his invoice and it is easy to schedule appointments on his website. Overall wonderful experience and I highly recommend his services. He is a master electrician with significant experience!

We needed an EV charging port installed, as a standard electrical outlet for outdoor tools as well as installation of 15 new pot lights to match the new ones. Jeff is very professional and knowledgeable. Not only he provided excellent workmanship but also good advice. He tackled the job quickly and gave us a great price. Responsive, fairly priced, and personable. Great service and will definitely use them again for electrical needs around my house.

Technicians were both extremely professional and I was super impressed by how quick and efficient they were. They seem to really care about what they are doing and about their customers. I am very happy that all the work got done in one day. They arrived exactly when they said they would and were here for a much shorter time than I thought they would be!
