The Front door was locked and there was a sign to go to the drive through window. Sat at the drive through window for 5 minutes. Finally a very rude lady with dirty finger nails comes by and takes our order. I ask if there anything healthy on the menu and she says “No.” I reply, “You don’t have a salad?” she says yes. We get our food; and no napkins, no plates, and no customer service. My first bad experience at Marco’s. As the company grows I see the direction they are heading. I called corporate and the lady said she would find out what happened but didn’t. Skip this store at all times if possible. Simply put, They don’t care anymore...sad

This place is amazing! Back when I went a few months ago they had a worker there by the name of Claudia! She had an amazing attitude and customer service was phenomenal! Not to mention the food was great too!

Pizza was delivered hot and fresh 5 minutes earlier than they said. Pizza had a good flavor. I will definitely order from here again

I have to say, I ordered one of the best pizza's I've ever eaten. When I was younger I worked at Pizza Inn. Better than any pizza I made, and had at least a slice of. They have been my go to Pizza Shop for awhile now. I highly recommend. I went to the one in Forney, TX.

I don't go to chain pizza places any more, as a rule... Except for Marco's which I'll go out of my way for their pepperoni magnefico.... In fact, I've only ever had the pepperoni magnefico there. Lol. But the service was always super friendly in Bedford and, so far, that's been my experience in Forney as well, since I moved to the area some months back. I recommend them every time it comes up.. I'm definitely a fan. Lol
