It's rare these days to find companies as this one. I called Dustin in somewhat of a panic mode regarding a meter base I needed set quickly. He was here within the hour, and scheduled the installation the next day.nnHis guys were very knowledgeable, completely professional and very detail oriented.nnI highly recommend this Company and can't thank Dustin and his guys enough!
I contacted Dustin who came to me recommended by my Dad who had some work done at his house. I had an issue with a missing common, called warranty company, they sent a guy out to collect my svc fee and tell me the plug wasn't working. Then told me it would be another $200-400 to figure the issue out. Out $75 I called Dustin, he came out spent an hour, spoke in understandable terms and good English. Fixed my problem and will be my go to for ANY electrical work! Highly recommend!
Awesome quality! The best around
My house was struck by lightning. I had another Electric Company that came out and charged me $299 just for an estimate once they found out it was an insurance claim. The estimate was over $5500. NorTex took care of everything for under $1000. I had been without electricity for a month. Dustin fit me in the very next day. He replaced the breakers I needed and didn't try to tell me that I needed a lot of other miscellaneous items. Thank you NorTex for not taking advantage of my situation.
Dustin with NorTex Electric installed two spotlights in my garage, repaired three switches, and troubleshot and repaired a utility room light. Dustin was professional, timely, and reasonably priced. I’d definitely ask him back for any other electrical work that may be needed in the future. Highly recommended!
