Horrible when you walk in the store it smells Iike a nursing home,straight up piss. Don't waste your time going to the pharmacy, they never have medication and you will be waiting for weeks to get it. Store has potential but poor management for the store and pharmacy.
Three days for one prescription and when finally recieved was wrong dosage. Staff acts like your bothering them.
I brought a prescription in to be filled around 1pm, they close at 9pm. They told me it won't be ready till tomorrow. I couldn't believe they couldn't fill a prescription in 8 hours, so I just took it back and now I go to Walgreens. They filled it in 45 minutes.
Horrible experience with the Pharmacy. Pharmacist with glasses does not know how to work with people — inconsiderate and rude. Apparently she is notorious for this. How is she still there? Used to be my go to pharmacy for medicine but I will never step in here again. No one should have to deal with rude people who are supposed to be courteous when their job is working with people. Such a shame.
Just want to give CVS on main street brockton a five star. Today I was in search of an item and they were out, the employee heard my story that i needed it for my autistic son and she searched for it at another store and they held it for me to pick up. Great communication between both stores helped me get back to my suck child. So thank you to all.nDesperate mon
