Pizzas are good but this time we went to get crazy breads and those were not crazy bread...super small, no butter, very little cheese. Disappointed :(

I called twice to get a prescription after a telehealth, first time they said it would be taken care of? Second time they hung up on me after 20 minutes, just enough time so calling again takes you to the answering service

DO NOT GET PIZZA FROM THIS PLACE! Staff has very poor customer service skills. I placed an online order last night; the app said it was going to be ready within 30 minutes; I get there and only one pizza was done (the hot and ready), I had to wait 10 more minutes and they handed me regular crazy bread when I paid for stuffed. I get home and the hot and ready is disgustingly dry, the cheese pizza is more crust than anything else and the I hadn’t realized it was regular crazy bread until I got home. I go back and the cashier said they couldn’t refund my money because it was an online order; My order was the fourth refund that same hour! I called the next business day to customer service... turns out the cashier lied to me! She could have refunded me if a manager was there... I called the store to get a refund and the girl who answered said there wasn’t a manager available and that she had no idea what time her manager would be returning!
