Little bit slow, always seems to take 10-15 minutes to get the pizza, but at least that means it's hot and fresh once we get it.nQuality is also a bit hit or miss. Got two extra-most-bestest (it is worth the extra dollar), one was a bit overcooked.nBut, a $5 pizza is still hard to beat when you don't want to cook.
They never answered my calls had loud music on to ignore calls coming in. I even called while I was in their to make sure the phone worked but they all ignored it even the shift leader. Too many people working in their at a slow pace it’s just dough sauce and meat yet they act like it’s rocket science plus only some of the staff were wearing their mask properly.
I ordered online to pick up at drive through. Pick up time said 2:18 it is now 2:49 and my order is still not ready. This place has slow service. New manager might help.
This locations needs serious management assistance. I placed on order about 40 minutes ago and my pizzas had no crust just sauce and cheese. Pizza was stuck to the box since the cheese cool down and there was no crust. It’s obvious that the employees were not paying attention to what they were doing with the food and they were playing around in the back where they make the pizzas. 2 employees where just on their phone and I don’t know there was a manager or not but there was no order in that place at all. I would really recommend customers not to go to this location because they can’t make pizzas the right way. Management really needs to interfere and see what was going on the night shift between 7pm and 8pm on today 9/5/2020.
The extra most bestest is delicious. Totally worth the extra buck.
