You have to catch them on good days, so far they have been doing better but the past experiences have left a sour taste. Will update as time passes.nnUpdate: 2/21/21nnWalked in the store around 12:50 with no other customers. I thought I would be greeted since the female next to the manager looked at me while getting off the phone. I’m never rushing anyone but for her and the manager to ignore that they have a customer is beyond me. I understand if she or the manager is not working the cashier, but you would think that they would inform the cashier that they have a customer. This is by far the worst customer service you’ll probably experience.nn“No line we’ll create a wait time”nShould be their slogan.

If I could give it a zero I would. The drive thru takes forever. They are not even polite about it. We waited in line for 25 minutes. Then we get to the window for 10 more. So we just left. Not the way a business should operate. Then again it looks like is being ruined by teenagers and individuals without common curiosity. These people should be provided some training beforehand.

Really disappointed with my order. I ordered stuffed cheesy bread and the over roasted wings. It took almost 30 minutes to get my order. Then after all that wait this is what I get for my stuffed bread. Look at the picture. They are smaller then the regular crazy bread. It is unbelievable. They had no bread it was only cheese smothered in garlic butter sauce.nnI ordered them before and they are normally much bigger than this.

Drive thru experience wound up more complicating that ordering pickup from the pizza portal. Order number didn't match with the app, and I waited for my one pepperoni pizza despite receiving a notification that my delicious pizza was ready for pickup. Use the pizza portal. Overall, Pizza is good here when it's fresh, but I got a hair in my crazy bread.

First up I do Doordash and come here many times a day. Usually they aren't too bad and I will usually be on their side because they get SUPER CRAZY busy. But most of their employees have major attitude issues and then today was the final straw. I have stood inside at the front of the line for over 15 minutes and never even gotten spoken to while they keep helping people on the drive thru. Then asked me twice if I've been helped. Both times I said no and then they just walked away.
