Experience so bad I'll have to call corporate. Ridiculous wait times for delivery. Cold pizza in a crushed box and missing items. Got the missing items replaced but they failed again by sending the wrong item. When I was finally able to speak with a manager he offered to replace my order but it was late and I was going to bed. I asked for a refund but he insisted I come to the store and bring the product back. I've been given store credit in similar situations with Pizza Hut in the past. I don't know what's wrong with this location.

04/03/21 I always try to say something positive... not today. Over an hour and a half to receive our cold soggy pizza to be delivered. Then they forgot unsweetened tea... 20mins later recieved a sweet tea. Took forever to get in contact with the store. Store employee HUNG UP when requested to speak to a manager. Had to call again and manager refused refund. This store needs to be shut down and the manager fired! My only question at this point is will corporate step up and take any action?

Usually I have decent luck with this Pizza Hut location however tonight was disappointing as my food arrived cold and usually very fresh and HOT when delivered.. Do better Hut Team

We waited for our pizza 1 hr!!! So, if you really like Pizza Hut it's better if you take it to go, even then we saw a lot of people waiting for their food as well.

I really appreciate the Epic Customer Service that I received today! I live in Austin, TX and I wanted to send my Sister in Humble, TX lunch for her birthday. My sister is a teacher and it's her second day of virtual teaching and home schooling. It was really important for me to be able to send her love today e and to try to make sure that she feels appreciated. Especially with everything that's going on in the world. I didn't catch her name but the wonderful woman who took my order made sure that my sister's day was extra special! She made sure to handwrite Happy Birthday Sis on every box! It may seem small to some but it definitely meant the world to my sister and I. Thank you so much!
