Cruz Air was our first choice for the installation of a whole-house Generac Generator bout 4 years ago, and we were tremendously satisfied with the quality and dependability exemplified by Cruz Air and their technicians.nIn the recent couple of years, we were in need of a maintenance contract for our aging A/C-Heating system. Ask for a technician to come by my house and check on my air conditioner wasn’t cooling properly. Travis, looked at my air-conditioning clean the outside coils help me with some inside tips and squirted a little Freon in my system. Works perfect. Would recommend to anyone. Travis was an outstanding young man very professional look forward to using Cruz again.

Gave me a quote over the phone, set an appointment for 3 weeks out, then tried to triple the price when they got here. Pure bait and switch that delayed my install by over a month.

Omgosh we had Travis come out bc we thought we needed to get a new air conditioner like we had to 2 years ago but he looked at it & told us it could be fixed for a couple hundred dollars & in 2 days he had it fixed. VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE!!! Highly recommended... customer for life.nWork was done in minutes, highly impressed!

I'm a firm believer in preventative maintenance and my technician, Travis, did just that. Travis performed a thorough exam of my home cooling system and answered my many questions. Should I need help in the future, I now have Cruz Air & Electric on speed dial.
