My family and I went with a group of friends yesterday and it was extremely busy! There was a about and hour wait minimum for everything from waiting on your food to waiting for an open lane. I’d like to truly thank Chris and our server I’ll call her T because I can’t remember her name for the great customer service they provided our group. If it wasn’t for them, I’d be giving my review ONE star for the rude bartender manager who had a complete attitude throughout the night. Not only with customers but with the servers as well! We reserved 2 bowling lanes for about 2 hours and they completely forgot about our order! It was 15 minutes til closing time when our pizzas and drinks were given to us and that was after we went over to ask about our order. They were already shutting down the kitchen! Not even a sorry did we get from the bartender lady. Yet again our server T brought us our order and apologized over and to us. Overall, I’ll think about it twice next time about coming on a busy weekend with friends here. My group was a bit upset about our experience and could have agreed any more with me.

We chose the best time to visit 2 pm. After we arrived it got very busy! Food was good, my only observation is that each table should have napkins and hand sanitizer!

Very nice place. But the line for the food is extremely long. They only have 1 person taking orders for food and drinks at the bar area. You have to wait in the same line as the alcohol line. They have very strict rules as to purchase alcohol. You must have 2 Ids to purchase 1 pitcher and can only purchase every 45 minutes (stand in long line again) for a bucket you must have 3 ID'S and only get 1 bucket every hour. For single beers you can get 1 per person every 30 minutes just a fyi for the drinkers lol. A food and separate beer line would be helpful. That's why I gave it 3 stars
