I highly recommend Kalahari Electric Services. responded quickly to a difficult situation. Tony was very thorough and clearly has expert level experience. They gave a fair quote and were so kind and helpful explaining in layman's terms what had happened to our electric lines. I was able to trust them and immediately hired them. I’ve worked with several electrical contractors but Hancock Electric Company has been my best experience. From the quick and easy quote over the phone, to scheduling the work within days, to finishing the job, they just made it simple. The crew were amazing. An excellent experience, tech visited to give me an estimate and inspect the current condition of the new house I just moved into. We had 3 overhead fans replaced with new ones, two new LED fixtures to replace low, old fans, and also in the kitchen put a dozen new white low profile LED lights to replace unattractive old black can lights. The estimate was very reasonable and the work was completed quickly, on time, and the result was fantastic. I will use them again on my next project and home improvement for sure, and I strongly recommend them to you as well!

These guys are awesome! Tony and his co-workers were extremely informative. Tony, was very clear with the diagnostic of the problems. Thoroughly explained what would be done and broke down the pricing. Pricing itself was very fair and reasonable. They got the problem resolved quickly and efficiently. I most appreciated that they were on-time but also very personable, and completed all the work in the stated time frame. Thank you, for such a great experience. We will definitely be using Hancock Electric Company again!!

Tony came out as scheduled this past Saturday to help replace my breaker and some other miscellaneous work we needed. He was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The company generally charges a flat hourly rate for all work with a one hour minimum so it was recommended that I have several items ready to maximize the hour. Tony was genuine and did not push for any extra work to be done other than what was requested from him. For the work that he did do he was quick and fast. I would highly recommend Hancock Electric Company based on my first experience with them. Keep in mind that the clock starts right at the time of arrival.
