Was told could not order 3 smoothies could only order 2 then would have to get back in line to order my third smoothie... Had to repeat the order for 2 smoothies 3 times.. Get to the window to be told the reason for 2 smoothies at a time was the printers were down as he hands me a printed receipt.. As we exit to get back in line to order the 3rd smoothie.. Come to find out they were not what had been ordered.. Decided this was unacceptable and asked for my money back.. Then they proceeded to argue with me that the was correct.. Had to argue to get a refund on a wrong order after the way i was treated.. The employee that initially took the order then proceeded to be very offensive and hostile.. Will never return.. I definitely felt discriminated against.. Not way to treat customers

I'm glad the mobile ordering is fixed. This is my favorite Smoothie King location even tho it's a further drive than the other one on Hwy 6 for me. But the staff is polite and the traffic at this location is better. Mobile order is a must since I go on my lunch hour and am in a rush.

I gave two stars only because the employees are polite and the smoothies have been good. With the exception of plastic being in my Smoothie on one occasion. However, this has become the slowest Smoothie King of all that I’ve attended on a regular. This was not always the case, but it has become the norm.

My smoothie was very good. There is no drive thru but when I went they were allowing customers inside to place orders. I opted to order on the app and had to call to have it brought out.
