I drive an extra 3 miles past the other Pizza Hut on Jones road to go to this one because it is better. The food is exactly the same, the service is so much far better.

I ordered from this location online. they wait 25 minutes later to call me to tell me they dint deliver to my location anymore. If thats the case why did it go through online for delivery.very in convenient for those who have no vehicle.
Charged me $30+ something dollars for pizza and never came. I called to check on my order, they then lied to me and said I never called, they never took my order, never charged me, etc. Then they hung up on me. Well that’s funny, because It’s your number I called, and your employees I spoke to. And you said you didn’t charge me, but the bank says otherwise. If you didn’t want to deliver, the proper thing to do would have been to give me a call.
This is a terrible place to order pizza from. They are rude and use fake names so you don't know who you are talking to. I was hung up on purposely while ordering. I called back and asked for the person by name I was speaking with and was told there wasn't anyone by that name (Edward) who worked there and that I had the wrong pizza hut. They are the only pizza hut that delivers to my neighborhood. If corporate doesn't due something about this than they are just as bad. Never again!!
