We ordered the crispy chicken burger and it was terrible! We got our order 45 minutes after ordering and the fries were burned and raw in the middle and the burger was burnt to a crisp. The burger patty was cold. We don’t suggest it to any one.nnWe won’t eat here again.nnEdit reply to manager:nnThe biggest problem was lack of communication we waited outside for.so long and we were not informed what's going on after 30 minutes we went to check, the manager said 10 more minutes and kept delaying it. after 15 minutes we checked again he just rushed to the kitchen without answering, we were quite frustrated because he was busy serving people who came after us and had bigger order. the manager needs better time management skills and communication skills and should have checked the food before serving it rather than serving bad food which is hardly consumable. we were very very dissappointed. i hope this provides the clarification you were looking for.

You want genuine Pakistani tasting food, touch of class, customer service and good price, then you HAVE to eat Tempura food. I LOVE the Cypress Creek Pkwy RT1960 location.nFrom the attendent at the register to the servers, it is pure homely feeling.. they care, they attend, they think for you, ah just love, love, love, the personalized attention.. thank you Team Tempura.nLots of appreciation for the Chef(s).. I want to meet you and personally thank you for providing the taste and flavors reminding us of back home.

Went to tempura today in a very bad mood. Went to order and the handsome young boy taking my order was very polite and even asked how my day was going. Food was not that good, but 5 star for the service.

Came here to place a to go order and it was the LEAST COVID friendly experience ever. One of the workers was sitting right next to the cash register loudly talking on the phone with no mask on. Even when I walked up to place my order he didn't have the courtesy to pull his mask up.nThen I sit down to wait on my order and the person I can only assume is the owner keeps passing by my table also with no mask on?nAnd yet they have a sign on their door saying masks are required to enter?nI usually come here all the time because the food is that good but after this experience, this will be the last time for a long time. Enter at your own risk.
