Pizza showed up cold. Appears it took the driver 30 minutes to get here. Hire more drivers. When I called to check guy at the store could care less. I guess I don't really blame him but the brand should care because I have all kinds of options. MOD next time.
Wonderful little pizza shop. Reasonably priced, very good selection of topping and crust. Very good service and friendly staff.
Rude employees they don’t event greet you. I was standing there for like 4 minutes and had to talk to them to charge me and give me my pizza that had been ready. Lady just kept making pizza boxes looking at me other 2 employees just making pizzas. Their Customer service sucks.
This contactless delivery is for the birds! They delivered my order to the wrong address not once, but twice in the same night. Do the drivers not have GPS mapping in their vehicle? The 2nd time I was sitting on my front porch waiting and saw the driver whiz right be me, even after I gave them detailed description of our house and they pull up in front the same house they delivered to the first time...I had to end up chasing to driver to my get my pizza! And yes the address on my house is VERY clearly marked on both the curb and mailbox and very well lit. Noted the wrong house had no outside lights, no inside lights lawn unkept...and appears to be vacant! You would think that would be a red flag. They were actually on the wrong street! I'm going back to Papa Johns!
