These guys always deliver good tasting pizza. I recently placed an order, and I had an issue. The only issue I have had out of countless orders. I was floored by how good their customer service is. These guys go the extra mile to make it right.
Food was OK but Andrew was very nasty when I realized that my pizza was not made as I ordered (made wrong) even though it was written down on the ticket. He finally did my pizza over (with unnecessary attitude mind you) and said now you will have to wait here 20 minutes like he was punishing me for wanting to get what i paid for.nnCheck your pizza before you leave and don't be afraid to request what you asked for.
I ordered a medium supreme pizza that came with hardly any veggies I just expectednMore then I got for $15.50 .
This is THE WORST PIZZA HUT EVER! I ordered a pizza at 8:03 pm it’s currently 10:32 and I still have no pizza. Meanwhile the kid that answers the phone must’ve turned the ringer off bc I was calling for an hour and a half. Finally got through to the “ASSistant manager” and he didn’t help the situation any. Second time ordering from this store second time they’ve screwed me Smh luckily I’m in between two stores so I’ll be trying the Antoine local next time.
