Pizza Hut

Ordered 2 Detroit style pizzas. They were horrible. I'm from Detroit. I know how they are supposed to be. I grew up where they originated. Other pizza huts have done a great job with Detroit pizza. These were not even close to what Detroit pizza should be. Crust was doughy and soft. No crisp edge that Detroit pizza is famous for. Will never get from this location again.

NEEDS BETTER MANAGEMENT of their pick up window.nnPizza order through app was fast and easy, requested pickup at drive thru window. I arrived after the app said my pizza was ready (on time) BUT after waiting for more than 10 mins behind one car at the window I decided to park and go inside to get my order.nnManagment needs to have people park and wait if they arrive before their pizza is ready.

Hi my name is Sharon I ordered from this Pizza Hut Northwest Freeway and Jones Road last night which was March 1, 2021 it was almost 9 o’clock when I place the order I receive my order extremely late it was After 10:30 PM I called the location back to let the manager know that my order was incorrect the driver answer the phone pretending he’s the manager tell me that he can’t return my money until tomorrow that he is not capable of making a return to night I ask why are you the manager once again oh no I’m not the manager I am the driver he stated I said ask for your manager when you answered the phone finally Jason gets on the phone stating that he’s the manager and says he can’t return my order and refund me my money until tomorrow if you would like another pizza I could have the driver to bring one out I stated that it is too late no thank you can just refund me my money back then he says well ma’am I would need that pizza back in order to refund you your money I said oh really you guys are taking food back from outside The store back into the building and we are under a pandemic I said sure you can have it you guys want it back you can pick it up tomorrow morning before 9 AM if not I will be gone to work and you will not get it if it’s that serious to you guys he kept talking a bunch of nonsense I said son I’m hanging up now he said ma’am can send someone now to pick up the pizza I said no you can’t no one‘s coming to my home after midnight you will get it tomorrow morning if it’s that important to you I called back five minutes after hanging up some girl answered and said hello were close and hung up the phone around I called back a second time Jason answer the phone I asked why are you guys plan on the phone he stated that was one of my coworkers they were just playing around he sorry I said fine I was just calling back to get the name of your GM he gave me some fake name and a round 12:10 am someone’s knocking at my door as I was going to the door they were gone I look out the window and see the pizza guy driving off we were like oh really you’re gonna to come to our home after midnight disturbing us for a pizza you’re taking this a bit too far after I already inform you that it was too late to come to my house and I did not want another pizza just a refund it was Pizza Hut‘s fault that the pizza was incorrect not mine do your job quit hiring all those children that are on professional and customer service teach them first what to do in every situation I was ordering for children that I had at my house I do not eat junk food I have been calling the store all morning trying to get a decent manager on the phone there have been no one there but children that are on profession

Male employee working in kitchen area had his mask pulled down under his chin instead of over his nose and mouth. We decided to just throw the food away instead of eating it.

This place is the saddest Pizza Hut I have ever dealt with. We have had this place delivered to our house over a span of seven years and it used to be good. Service is now so terrible, I drive an extra 3 miles to the next Pizza Hut because this one is so bad. One time they delivered the entire wrong order to my house,And then get mad that I opened the box. Why wouldn’t I open the box? One time they forgot a pizza altogether, and spent another hour just making it before they called me and told me that they were on their way. If they tell you 30 to 40 minutes, you can bet that you will not get your pizza for an hour and 30 minutes. They always forget stuff, I always pay for a medium buffalo dipping sauce for my pizzas, and they forget it at least 60 to 70% of time. Then they say that they’ll give me a free one next time, and of course it always is forgotten or lost in the information. I used to be excited about ordering pizza from this place, and now we don’t even try because of the terrible, horrible service. This review was posted because of today. After months of not coming to this location, I had the day off and wanted to pick up a pizza for my daughters. I called and waited on hold from the drive to my house all the way to this location and never once someone picked up the phone. When I arrived, the phone Was ringing and they were just putting it on hold.
