Very nice folks. Mr. Gordon took care of my issues and very happy with the results.
I have used Gordon Safe and lock for over 30 years. They are honest, reliable, professional and go the extra mile. After a break in at my office building they installed several locks to make them more tamper resistant. In addition they added a security camera system through their “ Houston Electronic Security “ division.nThis was done quickly, efficiently and at a far less cost than one of the very large security companies and in the process saving me several thousand dollars whilst providing better grade cameras and internet images as well as alerts on my smart phone. They were so helpful in educating me in the use of the equipment and in addition provided some hardware that they did not even charge me for. Wendel Case also set up image monitoring in my home on my computer and all at no additional cost. He is the most professional person I have met in a very long time.nIn a time when service is a fading art this company continues to provide it so generously.nnI can not rate them highly enough.

This past week, September 2020 I was quoted $350.00 for a replacement key ( key only, no remote control) on line from various places. I even got higher quotes. On a chance, I brought the car and key to Gordon’s to see what they would charge. Imaging the fantastic surprise I got saying $35.00 plus tax. Ten minutes later I drove away with a new key and a smile as big as Texas. The owner himself, Gordon made the key. In talking to him he mentioned that he has been at the same location for 35 years and in the Locksmith business for 45 years. I’ll never go to any other place in Houston again for any locksmith needs.
