John Moore Services provides excellent customer service and completes all jobs as promised. Our recent experience with one of their plumbers, Miguel was very positive. He communicated well and would text updates as needed. I am currently working from home and he would text if he needed to speak with me which allowed me to continue working while he was on sight. He properly wore his face mask. Satisfied in all respects and will use John Moore again for any of their services!!

Art was on time and very professional. Wore a mask and covered his shoes. So much appreciated. Very knowledgeable about plumbing.nnHe flushed my water heater which is the service I requested. He gave me so much insight into other areas that needed my attention. He was not dogmatic nor over bearing on those areas we discussed.nnWill definitely use John Moore againnnThank you Art. You were a blessing to me today.

Always happy with our pest control specialist at John Moore. David C is personable, thorough and professional. It's so nice to know we will have the same tech for our scheduled maintenance. He knows the history of the home and we are comfortable discussing any issues with him. He always explains any findings and doesn't try to oversell. We have had a pest control contract with John Moore for many years and are completely satisfied. Ask for David C and you will be glad you did!
