I WAS WARNED AND NOW WARNING YOU! Stay away! I placed an order for delivery 2 hours ago for my family and I... still waiting for my food. Told multiple lies and also couldn’t help me WITH AN ALLERGY “because they are too busy”nWOW.nSo needless to say...a few issues with this and the workers at this facility. Rude is an understatement. I now know for certain why my husband says he ordered from here once and would never do it again- advised me to pick another place. Against his judgement I decided to give it a try. As did he. Now the whole family is STARVING, waiting in the window for the driver- WHICH THEY SAID 45 minutes ago- “looking at the tracker he is 5 minutes away...”nSO MUCH FOR THAT. I called 2x and both times the attitude on these 2 different men- unbelievable. I would never have a staff like this at my company. EVER.
Ordered toasted tuna with lettuce pickles on side. Get all the way home sandwich not toasted no pickles. Call them gentleman that answered phone says well I didn’t make do you want another one I say yes he hangs up. No sorry no offer to delivery correct order. Customer service not very good hope it’s just a bad day because their subs are fantastic
