I’ve been a customer for years now and the food is amazing!!!! Love the gourmet takeaway meals!!! Literally everything is perfectly portioned, seasoned and full of flavor!!!! You won’t be disappointed. ud83dude0a

We scheduled tastings with several vendors, but knew right away that we’d choose Low Country Quisine after our first bite. Jolie had a table set for us and explained each of the food options we tasted. Every one was mouth watering!nShe sat down with us after to get our feedback and together we wrote a proposal. There were plenty of menu choices and packages to choose from. Having the ability to do the rental package and staffing through them gave us peace of mind that it would be done right. Of course Colvin-19 created some changes in rentals and serving, but Jolie and her staff didn’t disappoint us. So many people raves about the food, especially the shrimp and grits and savory pot roast! The jalapeño cornbread and Georgia peach tea were also a bit hit with our guests.

My daughter had Low Country Quisine cater her wedding on 10.10.20. We received many complements from the guests on the food. I was blown over on the creativity of the appetizer we had during the cocktail hour. Mini chicken and waffles, fried collard green wontons and the pimento cheese crostini's, all flavorful morsels. The meal did not disappoint either. Flank steak with chimichurri, white fish with creole sauce and buttermilk pecan chicken with honey sriracha glaze. Any way, you get the idea. Flavorful food, great sides, professional service. They would definitely be my go to source for catered events.

Let me start by saying this… there were no leftovers. Everyone really enjoyed the food and the staff they provided were professional, attentive and polite. Low Country Quisine really provides an end-to-end service. From food, on-site prep, staff, bartender, cake cutting, servers, cleanup, plates, flatware rentals… everything! I had a couple slip ups in terms of my planning and foresight and they helped to remedy those smoothly and effectively. Things like, only ordering exactly one glass per guest… oops. Jolie and her team were quick to respond and were flexible as we adjusted things like timeline, guest count etc.

Very disappointed in this business on the catering side.nnWe had a chance to try the food at a wedding venue's open house - and to be clear, it was phenomenal. So good we were wanting to change our whole menu on the spot to do a southern style meal for our very northern families.nnThen, we reached out. We emailed, submitted a form on their website, called and left our information or talked to someone multiple times - and heard nothing.nnI called again, and someone said they would contact the sales department and tell them what was going on. We finally got an email!nnIt had a different couples names in the salutation and was simply a PDF of their brochure. We had the brochure, we'd told them what we wanted for our menu, and we were hoping to get a real estimate with catering information.nnAfter many attempts over about a month from our side we decided we wouldn't be able to trust them for our wedding day if it was this difficult just to get an estimate.
