Every time I order pizza here. My order is either not put in when I call it in. I always have to call back about it. I called today and order 30 something dollars worth the foodnI was told my order would be ready in 20 minutes. A hour had passed I still had not received my food. I call back and was told it was a mix up with my order being carry out instead of delivery. I was told it could be remade and sent out as delivery or I could take the old order. Very poor customer service.

Whenever i am in town i order from this location because they are the closest to my hotel. I have never received a hot pizza from them yet. I finally started ordering from Papa John's when in Dallas. I never have this problem at any other location. I live in Houston, but go to Austin and San Antonio also, and always get a fresh hot pizza. I complain every time and get a free pizza but it's not worth it. So now i order Papa John's when in Dallas.

Their pizza - wow! I normally don't like the crust too much but jeez this stuff is soo good. The crust is PERFECT and it's so crunchy! The cheese tastes very good and fresh.

This is the second time I have ordered from this location and never received my pizza. The first time, they offered me a refund. This time, they said they will reheat it and send it over after I called over 3 times with no answer. This is unacceptable, how is a customer going to wait over an hour and a half just to receive a pizza that they forgot to deliver? I love dominos but my experience with this location is making me what to stop ordering at all.
