Highly recommended. They do a great job in installing and maintaining our commercial generator. Keeps it running smoothly. Outstanding customer service and professionalism. Scott, Roy and AT are great people to work with. They are genuinely helpful and go above and beyond in making sure you are a satisfied customer. They are very knowledgeable about the equipment and know the products very well.

Called for a service, told them over the phone exactly what I needed done as it is something they have done before (not only for me but for multiple people in my industry). I scheduled it 2 weeks out so they'd have enough time to order parts and be ready for when I arrive. I live an hour away and I arrive only to be told they would have to order parts for the service I need and it would be 2 days before they would come in. Wasted my time. When you can actually get service it is good, but they dropped the ball big time on this one.

We took our RV there for work on our generator that wasn't starting. Their mechanic, Jeff, had it figured out in no time! Great work! We had them do full service on it while we were there and they finished the job in time for us to get out well before rush hour traffic. Now we have a generator that we have confidence will work when we need it! We will use Parker Power Systems for all our generator needs. Thanks!
