Scott and Jeff were great- they installed and wired my ceiling fan and put in new led lights on my porch- very professional. I appreciate the quality and timeliness of the service- thanksnnErnst came and thoroughly inspected my ac unit- he found a couple of issues which were promptly repaired (I guess a 10 yr old unit might have some parts that need replacing) I am very pleased with the work and I’m not worried about the hot months any morennJohn checked my plumbing and flushed my hit water heater. All was in order so no repairs were done. I’m pleased with honest observations of my systems. Thanks for your effortsnnRonaldo’s was great! He thoroughly checked out my electrical and found a couple of things that needed to be brought up to code. Hopefully the clean power upgrade to my panel will keep things safe and secure. He was most knowledgeable and answered my questions thus helping me to be a better informed customer. Thanks for the peace of mind.nnAndre just finished a thorough check of my heating system- He was very thorough and helpful in answering my questions- glad I have the MAM plan!nEric was the first tech to help today- he was helpful and got the ball rolling for my new heat pump- I wish it could have been fixed but I trust Milestone guys to do best for mennTime for a new heat pump! I had several Milestone technicians come by the house yesterday:nnJuan, Hugo, and Jason were all incredibly professional, friendly, thorough, and helpful.nnJuan helped with plumbing issues and was very honest and transparent with his recommendations on a new water heater system, along with being very patient in answering all my questions.nnHugo and Jason helped with maintenance on my heating/cooling system. Again very thorough and meticulous. They also went above and beyond with helping me move an item!nnI’ve always had a great experience with every Milestone technician and staff and will continue to use them for my needs. Thanks for the great service!!

Brandon and Jeremy did a great job. They came to service our air conditioning unit which they maintain twice a year. They were very professional and did a great job.. We appreciate people who come and treat us like family.. Both of them were very kind and personable.. we will continue to use Milestone because they do a great job and all their techs are very professional.. They also took care to wear their masks to keep us safe.. Thank you.

We have worked with Milestone several times before, and we keep coming back. All the folks are fantastic, but our favorite guy to work with is Robert Short. Robert consistently demonstrates mastery of his craft.nnThis time, our needs required some creativity. Robert came in, quickly assessed our needs, and presented solutions that were economical and exceeded our expectations. It is fun to watch someone that has the technical aspects of their job so well in hand they can use their skills and be creative.nnRobert's helper this time was Trey, and he did a great job for us as well. It seems Trey is getting to learn from the best.nMilestone is our go-to company for our electrical needs.nYou have a customer for life!

Milestone lives up to all their advertising! I called at 9AM and by noon, Scott Clark was at my house. Scott was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He listened to my needs and proceeded to do a thorough check before he gave me several options for outlet replacement and quotes. He did the work quickly and efficiently.
