I usually order from dominos and have no issues, tonight I lost all hope. I ordered 2 pizzas, pasta, and cheese sticks. Not a huge order. Now people tend to put my address in wrong being North Main St. rather than South Main St. Tonight this mistake was made yet again, unfortunately our drivers number came up as a spam number so it was automatically declined. I called the store and spoke to our driver still willing to wait for our pizza, even explained how to get to our house. After waiting another 45 minutes, we called the store again asking for info. We were told the driver didn't tell anyone we still wanted our order, wanting to speak to a manager we were told she was busy and would have to wait, 5 minutes no big deal, we just wanted pizza!! The manager Tonya i believe she said pops on the phone and accused us of being the ones to not want to pay for our order and wanted it canceled, even though we mentioned we had already called once before still wanting the pizza. This lady had the ultimate attitude towards me for the drivers mistake. Lets just say we ended our night with pizza hut! Oh and on the way back from pizza hut i wanted to verify if they had the wrong address and guess what, the driver put my address in wrong, used South rather than North AGAIN. You lost the business and tips people!

Thank you Domino’s! Definitely earned 5+ stars during this Arctic blast craziness I went in there to pick up my order they had a good system going, tons of pizzas being ordered and they were on it! Great job! Thank you for all of y’all’s hard work we greatly appreciated our hot pizza after no electricity for 5 days ❤ufe0f ud83cudf55 ✌ufe0f

I use to be able to have it delivered, the last few times it said it don't deliver to my area...I have called on it and they have it in the system as delivery. I go online to place my order and can't choose from the 5 flavors of crust. It doesn't give me that option on the build your own. So I call and am listening to recording over and over and over again. 15 minutes waiting for someone to come online, to ask a question about the crust. Hang up and call again, only to be waiting... Use to be good service, not anymore...They just lost a large sale. Going over to Pizza Hut!!!!

I love this Domino's. They're always fast and friendly. I ordered once while being discharged from metroplex thinking I could pick it up on my way. By the time she was back with my paperwork it was done. I hate their pepperoni (only Domino's too) because it tastes rotten but that's a Domino's chain thing and not this location in particular. This location is fantastic.
