Tried it because our normal place was closed. The sweet and sour shrimp was standard as was the sweet and sour pork, like it was frozen and fried. The fried rice was undercooked and hard with a strange flavor, like old oil. The egg rolls were wonderfully crispy but the inside was undercooked with very little filling. It was expensive, especially for the quality. We wouldn't recommend them. We wished we had read the reviews first.

I have been coming to Hot Wok for over 3years and I have seen in under many different managers. It is now under new management which is excellent! The manager Nick is great and the owner is seen very understanding of situations when mistakes are made. The drivers are all friendly and with COVID everyone makes small take while you’re waiting for your food. But policies are what they are and I have seen countless times of other customers coming and trying to argue with their policy. The employees do not make the rules, the owner does and he has made them the way they are now because of the Covid outbreak. Definitely will continue going to this establishment In the future. Please do not stop coming here unless you have had a bad experience. Don’t base your choice off these other lying reviews. I have never had any problems with this business.

You get what you pay for. This is decent food when you're drunk, but was pretty lackluster. The egg drop soup was gross, and the two plates we ordered specifically spicy were completely bland. Even the rice was over-cooked. The only plate done well was the lo mein for my daughter. It was a second poor experience in two years. We've given them a fair chance; both were disappointing.nnSzechuan is much better, and it's just a little further down the road. Please don't waste your time here.

The food was good but it looked like someone had it before me. The sweet and sour sauce had something gross in it. I called and told them what had happen and the lady Jessica was really nice after all the confusion going on. So please if anyone was goes there watch ur food cause they really had something really nasty in there sweet and sour sauce. I ordered sweet and sour shrimp and they havebne sweet and sour chicken. Now I am really sick from the sweet and sour chicken. I will not be going there again for a while.

Normally this place is decent, in Cove it is the only place you can really get delivered without paying an arm and a leg, and even still it's not cheap. I have ordered off and on from this place for nearly 2 years, last night was simply awful!! First I was shorted from my fried dumplings order and a couple of them were over cooked. Second the fried rice...had nothing, I mean nothing in it, not to mention it tasted like chicken bouillon seasonings... third, the sweet and sour pork was by no means crispy and seemed to be battered in a mix that resembles soggy corn dogs!! The order of combo lo mein was good.... overall, Not even close to being worth $38!!! Never again.
