Three stars says it all. Not great not terrible.
I liked the lady at the register great customer service but the drop off lady was really rude airing my business out loud no discretion at all and was and not good at explaining as well as answering my questions I had to call my doctor's office and they explained what she didn't she even cut me off to make a call instead of asking me to very wait a moment
Just once I would like a prescription to be ready. They wait to fill until you try and pick up and then tell you it's another 20 mins. Doesn't matter that the Dr sent it over 12 hrs ago
This is the worst location. They don’t fill scripts on time and don’t care it patients run out of very important medicines.
Every single time that I have been to this cvs to pick up a prescription there has been a problem. They’ve actually sent me home with an unmixed medication. That meant driving back to drop it off, waiting 30 minutes, then returning. Today, after receiving a message to let me know my prescription was ready, I showed up only to find it wasn’t ready. They are in need of some serious help.
