I needed someone to troubleshoot a problem with my security lighting. He was on top of it pretty quickly and got it figured out while offering a reasonable solution to the problem. He was very personable as well as professional. Absolutely would recommend them!

Wow, so pleased. The guy with this company who just fixed our issue didn’t realize I called an electrician out earlier who declined the job because he had no idea how to fix a simple fuse and was about to charge us at minimum $4,000.00. Doing research, probably more like $25,000.00. The guy left in a hurried huff and claimed we needed to instead call a plumber and that the whole house electric would need repair. I was so confused. I called this guy and he happened to be able to stop by the same day. I said nothing to this guy about what happened earlier. Turns out he was dead wrong, no $25 grand bill. $270 later and a fixed water heater, we are overjoyed. Thank you for doing a good and honest job.

Jim Bliss from Shirley Electric was wonderful. He was on time, answered questions, explained the problem, and repaired it quickly. We had called three other electricians prior that could not determine the problem. He fixed it on the first visit tracking down the issue. I would recommend him as he is highly knowledgeable, professional, kind, and arrived when he promised.

Excellent, and timely service. Jim took my call last minute, and showed up right on the dot. Briefly explained my issue, and right away began working and tracing the source of the problem. When I ever have another problem I know who I’m calling back! Call this guy! Seriously!
