Amazing coffee. Great food. Problem is the unpleasant staff that work out front. Fourth time here, and every time, the people working immediately behind the counter appear bored, annoyed and apparently do know how to or cannot smile. Be appreciative of your job. Be kind. Smile. I will come for the food and coffee, but definitely not for any warm fuzzies.

The food here is quite good, the drinks are phenomenal, and the service is always friendly. The main criticism I have is that the parking lot is, while greatly improved, still pretty bad when they're busy. This is helped significantly with their new curbside pickup, but unfortunately they do not allow you to order iced drinks with this method, the explanation being that if they make one ahead of time it might be watered down by the time you get there. This means you can't order their most popular item (the Chippi) without going inside, and that line can get pretty long. Since you have to text then when you use curbside pickup I'd imagine you could just have it so that your drink is made at the time you arrive, though maybe that's a logistical thing they can't do because of how many customers they get.

I love coming here. It's always a positive atmosphere. The staff always great you with a hello how are you. It makes me feel good that they remember me and my order because I come in so often. This will forever be my favorite coffee spot! Keep up the amazing work Mirasols ud83dudc9c

Service is usually good. Love the chippi taste but don’t believe it’s coffee at all (since I get a Med and a small iced coffee gives me more energy lol) - basically overpriced milk. Pick up window can be a mess - said my order would be ready at 8:03 wasn’t ready till 8:15 and it was down pouring out (order has never been ready on time) Told them to just bring my food to the car so I didn’t have to stand put in the rain for 10 min .. then they forgot half my order and had to wait longer. Food and drinks are good but don’t think it’s really worth the wait or price.
