Always an open restroom when you're on the road. Very good pizza and coffees and for only 1$ its awesome .

In my opinion this is the best Cumberland farms in the city, very friendly staff I’ve checked fuel prices and they are the lowest in the city I think if your going to fuel up at Cumberland farms you have to use smart pay to save the ten cents per gallon, as far as safety the New Bedford police station is less than quarter of a mile up the street need I say anything else !

Had to call the cops over an employee that made me feel unwelcomed about a purchase of a banana. No receipt. Floors were washed and shelves were stocked. Corporate emailed about what happened. Felt like a possible racial issue. Customer service could of been better with a hello, a smile, and professional attitudes. I enjoy doing surveys.

I've been going to this Cumberland farms for 7 years at the same time every day 4 amish for coffee. Anyways managment is wonderful and most of all the workers. Well this past summer they transferred another girl to cover weekend over nights that was a bad move because she is the only one who never has coffee..so it happends again today , I dont mind waiting and she knows I'm waiting and brews 2 of the same others but leave no decaf so about 3 regular are all set. And still no decaf she wants to do more of the others and just not brew decaf even tho there is none and I was going to wait so after that I just walked out and I'm all set I've been a regular customer very loyal and she is going to treat me like I'm not there and brew everything possible first besides what a customer who has been going there longer than she has worked there this is unacceptable.i definitely will still be going Monday through Thursday when the real employees work. Sorry for the 1 star guys when she isnt there anymore I will definitely go back on The weekends and change my review.

A pump froze with my credit card information still active on the pump. When the situation was brought to the managers attention the experience got worse. Extremely bad customer service if a negitive rating could be given I would do so. A customer should not be brought to tears by a manager. Corporate office will be notified. Suggest using another location to everyone who reads this.
