I normally don’t write reviews, however I think this deserves one. I placed a mobile order this morning that somehow never went through to the store, however it was showing up as complete on my phone. Definitely seems like a “tech issue” no fault of anyone’s. The staff was extremely kind, quick and polite. They handled the issue very professionally! Despite arriving at a busy time they were able to get together my large order promptly. Thank you again to all 179 Rockdale, S. Dartmouth McDonald’s staff for making it right, my children’s tummies are full and everyone is happy!

It is the slowest mc Donald's I've ever been to. I go there because it's close to home Burger King is around the corner and they are alot faster I have never got my order wrong there either.At your store it's been wrong many times . I would like an text back or email with comments and that you read this you need to do something. Its fast food no more it's like snail mail. MICKEY D

Went there last week about 330am and was told cash only. Couldn't get a receipt but was told price was going to be $29 for big mac meal and a 10 piece meal. Got a double filet fish which didn't order didn't even realize was an actual sandwich and nuggets that were shriveled and cold. Had to wait 25 minutes for this food. Went back today because it was after 4am and would assume now it would be breakfast so not as long a wait and was told cash only again. I do not carry cash. Covid and everything else with change shortage i pay with plastic. Went to another McDonald's and the associates there said that was very shady. Corporate McDonald's didn't even understand why they were doing that everyday either because I guess its not just me questioning the always cash only.

This is the worse McDonalds I have ever been too. I have been going here for YEARS but lately the fries have been like cardboard. You ask for diet coke you get cherry coke. The drive thru make more mistakes then I have ever seen. I have friends that work there and I still say this is a horrible McDonalds. There was no place to put zero stars.

Didn't have my order right service was slow at drive thru sat behind in drive thru line for 2 hours and they only had three people working with lines of cars waiting
