Great place and they have everything ready on time with a friendly smile.
I enjoy ordering ahead. I have always had my order ready when I get there and its always correct.
First time there, using the online order for curbside pickup. Called to let them know I was there, girl on phone just said “okay” and moment of silence before she asked my name. I told her thank you and she just hung up. No customer service at all!! Felt like I was a bother.
I enjoyed coming here when it first opened but now I just come out of necessity. Evening staff isn't very friendly and they can be rude. It would be nice to have the chairs out and not put up at 8:11pm when the business closes at 9pm and there are people continuing to step in. Smoothies are good but the customer service lacks.
I go to smoothie king often and have never had a bad experience there staff friendly and fast
