1st visit at this location. The management at night was AMAZING, even though there was no Dine In. They came to my car and explained to me, how to pay in order to send someone else a Pizza. Just AWESOME. Smooth transaction. This location is Extremely busy, but REALLY FAST.
Absolute terrible service. After waiting for over an hour was told they didn’t know what happened to my order and would have to remake it. Didn’t even apologize. After another hour I called to cancel and get a refund. John said “ok” that was it. Not even a confirmation of cancellation or refund. This is the second terrible experience with this location.
Typically the pizza is excellent. The last time purchased it was ok but thought give another chance. This pizza tastes like it was made yesterday however I know it wasn't because everything on it is burnt. I couldn't even make out the banana peppers. Not sure what happened but $18 for a pizza thats burned, very disappointing.
Their pizzas always taste good, to me taste is important. Up until now they have not messed up my order. Another important thing is they don't take so long to get your order.
