They are courteous and helpful. Food was fresh and on time for my pickup order. Everyone was wearing masks and gloves. They will get return business from me

Absolutely terrible! Manager is rude and unprofessional. My online order was messed up, up returning home, one pizza was burnt the other was missing toppings. When I returned to Pizza Hut, the manager took 25 minutes just to speak to me and then refused to refund or make another pizza. I showed him pictures of my messed up order and burnt pizza. He downplayed the restaurant's mistake and had NO respect for my time and gas spent going back and forth to the restaurant. Very poor customer service!! I strongly recommend eating pizza elsewhere!

This is one GREAT place if you know and are aware that they offer a full bar!!!! It's the best of both worlds! Extra crispy bone in wings and pizza. We've come here before and keep coming back. So for those that don't know they are a full bar with great bahama mamas, go in and try them. Great food, great service, great drinks with no waiting!!!ud83dudc4dud83dude0a

This is such a shame we ordered our Pizza online with a pick up time of 7pm. We go to pick up our order at 7pm they tell us we need to wait an hour in a half. We put this order in at 6:15pm. This is poor management point blank. The staff looks over worked and I can't help but feel horrible for them. We are not the only customers that were told the food would not be ready on-time. Does this store not believe in forecasting? I have been a Restaurant Manager before I know that forecasting was key to running the show. If you have calls ins roll up your sleeves and jump in. But I don't even see the Manager doing that. It is now 7:45pm and still no food and not even an apology. FYI that goes a long way.

I was so impressed with the service I received from Shawna, I wanted to share it.nI called in my order & drove to the Pizza Hut for pickup. It was busy when I entered & asked for my order. Shawna realized there was a mix up on my order & I needed to wait for a replacement. Needless to say, I was frustrated & rude because this had happened to me before. BUT Shawna remained calm & professional. She was extremely apologetic. She took the bull by the horns & immediately righted the wrong. I left embarrassed by my own behavior….however, also feeling valued. Unlike before, Shawna expressed concern & was determined to achieve customer satisfaction.nWow….what an awesome asset to your team; thank you!
