I want to tell you this location was amazing during the winter weather we had for a full week in San Antonio. They were open when everywhere else was closed. They provided as fast as humanly possible service while dealing with massive amounts of orders. They were friendly and professional even when dealing with less than understanding customers and my food was still cooked perfectly. Wtg!!

Placed an order through the website and then was notified that it would be a TWO AND A HALF HOUR wait for the pizza to be ready. Tried calling to cancel the order and, after attempting to get connected to the store for more than 15 minutes (busy signal), sat on hold for 40 minutes before giving up. We will (hopefully) pick up our pizza as scheduled but will never again order from this location.

My pizza came out RAW last night! My husband and I had to drive back to show them the Raw pizza. The manager acknowledged that it was raw and cooked a new pizza. It was RAW again. I’m pregnant and Domino’s put my baby in danger two times. I will NEVER go to this Domino’s again!

This unfortunately is the only place that will deliver to me in my area but it has to be before sundown as my area is considered a high risk so I’m discriminated against due to where I live.nnThis place is awful their demolished si not care about customers. They lie and pretend to be managers and act very disrespectful and childish. I had the worst experience ever. It was very upsetting and then the real manager contacted me. He sent me my supposed order for free for the inconvenience. It wasn’t even my order and it was awful.nnBut again it’s the only location that delivers to me when there is a dominos less then 2 miles down the ateee. Go figure. This is ridiculous. They need to re evaluate their geographical areas. The system doesn’t tell me when l order we can’t deliver to you cause of where you live. The store contacts you and belittles you in the phone.

I always have problems with this dominos. This time they forgot part of my order, then refused to give me a refund. They were only willing to put a credit on my account, even though I don't intend to order anything from them in the near future. Don't order from them. They suck.
