Placed an order. The tracker said it arrived. It did not of course. I called and gave them my info and they said they had a different address. I checked my App and my correct address was on it. Then they told me that they will get a hold of the driver. So I called back 20 minutes later to check up on my order. They proceed to tell me that you cannot go by the tracker that is just a general idea about your order and it’s not precise. I call back again about twenty minutes later. They not tell me that “Julia” left the store about ten minutes ago. It’s now 30 minutes later and still no order. I will be making another call here in a minute to get a refund. Hopefully!! If not that will be another review. To be continued........

I have given this location a couple of tries since I usually really like Dominos. It has been consistently bad. First delivery did not have the sauce I paid extra for, driver showed up maskless (with a smug expression) and waited to hand off the pizza instead of contactless delivery as requested. Most recent time the pan pizza dough was still raw while the other pizza was cold. Don't bother with this location even if you like Dominos. Reporting an issue just gives you a coupon for a free pizza but I have no interest in getting another pizza from them.

Bad bad costumer service. I always order from dominoes in surrounding areas. First time ordering from here for delivery and was givin an estimated time from 40- 45 mins. After waiting more than 1 hour i called and was told there almost here. Waited another hour and they never showed up so i called and was told they came and that was a complete lie. After 2 hours my pizzas were not delivered. Never again will i order from here.

Bad customer service! Ordered delivery. I was told it would take 45min and 2 hours later nothing. Called and was told they came and called but had yet to receive a phone call or any delivery. The employee did nothing to try to make this right. Very disappointing. First and last time i place an order there.

Good news for thin crust fans. A manager who knows thin fans want their toppings to go to the edge of the pizza. No gaps either. Reshad is a new manager doing a great job. He actually gave me double beef too, not skimping on the toppings. ud83dudc4d
