Domino's Pizza

My order turned into a disaster, ever since getting pregnant my stomach has been very particular on what it wants, well for the first time in a while I wanted pizza. First off. Upon showing up, nobody even bothered acknowledging me for a while. Fine people people busy that's fine, what's not fine, is my pizza had almost NO SAUCE, I know I ordered sauce because I specifically wanted my red sauce on it. Next, I know I ordered a regular pizza, not thin crust. Then, my pepperoni pizza, completely overcooked. Excuse me but I paid for my pizzas to be made right. I will stick with pizza hut from now on, they may have issues with overusing red sauce, but dang at least I know I'm not getting a dry piece of cardboard.

New customer and zero complaints. The robust sauce was really good! Our food was hot and fresh. They delivered on time and texted when driver was 2 mins away. So many pizza places around here are garbage Domino's is the best. Whoever made our food tonight thank you! It was so good my husband almost ate the whole pizza ud83dude01 I couldn't believe the low rating this place is definitely 5 stars.

I ordered curbside pickup. My order should have been brought out to me between 6:10 p.m.- 6:20 p.m.. I parked right in front of Dominos at 6:03. I checked in as instructed with lights on. I sat and waited until 6:40 p.m. I put my mask on and walked into the store. I told the person who I encountered that I order pizza for curbside. He walked over to the table where pizzas were sitting and found my order. I said to him my pizza been sitting here all this time. I told him I've been waiting outside for over 30 minutes. I access speak with the manager. I explained to him that my pizza been sitting on the table for over 30 minutes. I was told maybe next time I should go through the drive-thru. If I'm not mistaken on the website it says drive to is not open. When I got home pizzas were cold and there was almost no sauce on it. A good way to ruin Friday night's dinner.

Never had problems until my last order, completely regret even making that order. Recommend pizza hut or maybe even little Caesars over them.

So I don't typically frequent Domino's Pizza for my pizza cravings, but with some of the other top competitors coming up quite short in terms of service recently, I figured I'd give it another go. As we all know, excellent service can make all the difference whether the services or products rise to the moment or not. As for my transaction with this Domino's location, I must say that it was one of my better experiences with the company. First and foremost, the online ordering was a breeze and there were a good mix of specials to choose from. I went with the 2 medium 1 topping pizzas with the garlic parmesan bites, cinnamon twists, and 2-Liter special. The delivery was contactless, but the delivery driver still rendered great customer service and courtesies. As for the food itself, the pepperoni pizza was rather flavorless, however the crust was something to commend. The sausage pizza was actually up to par in terms of flavor and again the crust was incredible. I am almost certain it was garlic butter crust. The parmesan garlic bites were decent, but nothing to get all excited about. I will say that I was very pleased with the fact that they were consistently cooked through. Finally, the cinnamon twists with icing were a great finish to the meal. Once again consistently cooked through. I must say that the overall experience was one of my better ones. I may indeed return for another round soon.
