I enjoy Little Caesars for what it's worth. I mean it is not gourmet pizza but it is good pizza for the price point. I have never had a customer service problem, they are always accommodating and friendly. Have not had a bad experience so far...

The staff is ALWAYS courteous and the pizza is extremely affordable and convenient after a long day at work that leaves you with zero energy and/or momentum to create dinner. The pizza itself is very enjoyable when made fresh and still hot/warm from the baking oven. However, if you don't buy it fresh or allow it to completely cool off before eating it you will notice a drastic difference in the taste and quality. It almost tastes like cardboard once it gets cold and/or even stored overnight and then reheated. Get it FRESH & HOT and you will not be disappointed in the taste or affordability. P.S. Take advantage of the free packets of parmesan cheese and crushed red pepper for added taste sensations.

Waited over and hour. Had to ask for someone to give a refund. Still waited about 15 more minutes to receive it.nThey seem to have fell behind and orders by app seem to supersede those that paid in store.nThey were all busy and seem slowly to call names and finish order. Their customer service of handling such backup could have been handled better.nThat is all.

They allow people to linger in front of their store begging for money. Non of their advertised “Hot-N-Readys” other than just the pepperoni were readily available. Their quality is ok at best nothing to call home about.

Horrible customer service from the manager on duty, I called to place an order over the phone and was left on hold for 18mins before I decided to drive up there still on hold, I explained to the manager I was on hold for 20mins she picked up the phone to verify I was still on hold and said “omg this you?” instead of apologizing she argued me up and down and boom no little ceasars! Talk about the last slice!
