Minimal cheese
I went there to pick up my pizza, which they said would be ready in about 40 minutes. However, It took way over an hour for them to just put my pizza in the oven. As I waited I tried to ask the shift leader/ manager (named Stephen or Steven) about my order but he continued to ignore me and another customer. I almost wanted to go back there and tell him about his horrible customer service. There was finally a young lady who spoke with us about our order. Even though it wasn't done she at least spoke with and apologized about the delay. I wish I remembered her name because SHE ACTUALLY SHOULD BE THE SHIFT LEADER. This is the one located on FT. They were extremely busy but we got our pizza quick and it was delicious.
Pizza was hot and fresh but the best thing was our delivery driver! He was fast and extremely friendly! Thank you guys!!
Pizza was ready as profile, but the cashier actions is a no go. Having people totally wait while taking an order and giving info on phone to go in an pick up order. Then she waits before giving Ur order, even another person had been standing waiting and her order was ready. Upgrade Ur cashier, or have an extra person on hand for people who place and paid on phone. Thank U
