The food comes out hot. The seasoning on the food is awesome. The staff is always courteous and professional. I will be going back and back and back!
The food is usually good, I’ve ordered big $200+ orders or just a large shrimp plate. Giving it the rating because of the service I received more than once. Small plate, with a few extras and they didn’t give me the extra I ordered. I didn’t leave the parking lot, let the attendant know and she acted as if I was trying to steal or get extra food for free. She questioned me so hard I told her I’d pay AGAIN because it wasn’t that serious. She had a nasty attitude and that isn’t the first time I’ve been there and someone had an attitude so I won’t be going back. Unfortunate because I like the owner.
They're okay. My husband and I requested a #6 i believe with light flavor because all of that butter can be a bit overbearing. Coming from Southeast Texas where we catch crabs, shrimp, fish, and crawfish fresh or that can be bought cheap I'm not sure what the hype is about when it comes to Krab Kingz. What I will say that the customer service is excellent and they are pretty fast about getting your food to your vehicle in a timely fashion.
This place is phenomenal! My son and I had the loaded platter and it was amazing! We drove from Lampasas and it was totally worth it! Do NOT pass this place up!
The food is very flavorful and you get a lot for your money! Nice customer service also
