Marco's Pizza

We wanted to try something new, today was the first time we had a Pizza from Marco's Pizza. It is also the last. I ordered a large thick crust pizza with pepperoni, black olives and Green peppers. The crust certainly was thick, but that was about as good as it got. I don't think the pepperoni was cooked long enough, and it really lacked any tomato sauce, ( at least there was no tomato sauce taste.) Overall, this Pizza lacked any good taste. When I first viewed the pizza I though this is really gong to be good. I was disappointed, I felt like I had wasted my money, and we just tossed the remainder of the pizza in the trash. Next time I will go across the street to Papa John's now they can make Pizza! Order # 255 at 5 PM . on 4/8/2021. If the owner responds please don't respond with the same lame statement you seem to always use.

The worst pizza ever. We have tried them a few times every single time its been horrible. Marcos is not great as it is but this location is over the top bad. Today we tried one last time. Our pizza was so greasy it literally leaked out the box all over our table, there was zero sauce like they just skipped sauce all together & so many peppers & onions I took over 2 cups of pepper & onions off & there were still too many. Also it wasn't fully baked some of the meat was still cold which made us wonder were the green came from. So gross completely inedible. Never ever again.

I ordered pizza on Saturday 1/9/21, and it was at 11pm. I understand it was a late night order , and when I spoke to the manager who took my order, she explained that it would be an hour wait for delivery since she only had one driver. I agreed with the wait time and gave my order.nnThe delivery actually got to me over an hour later, and all three of the pizzas were cold, and did not have the quality taste that we have come to love from this pizza place. The barbecue pizza was made with red sauce, and a drizzle of barbecue sauce on top.. hardly a bbq pizza.. I was wondering why our pizza was delivered this way when we only live about 6 minutes away, and made me regret not picking up instead.nnI tried calling that same night, but no answer, so I assumed they closed already, then I tried next morning in which the phone rang and rang. It rang so long that the dial tone went dead.. I tried again, and same result, so I figured I would wait until Monday.nnMonday comes, and I get a young sounding manager that said she would call the GM, after listening to the issue, and call me back. No call back after 3 hours.. I call while I’m at work to get an update, and she tells me that the GM (Corie) said that I should have called that same night about the issue, and since it’s been so long (Saturday to Monday is a long time ud83dude44) she can only offer me a small discount, after I paid $60 for 3 pizzas..nnAt this point, I am no longer going to order from Marcos pizza, and will stick with the other chains, that know how to make things right. It’s a great disappointment when you find a good pizza place, and they start slacking on quality and customer service. I will not get pizza here again.. not because of the pizza, but because of the customer service!

I used to love this location, however being told that they are no longer fielding orders at 6:45 p.m. on a Saturday, regardless of the influx of orders due to recent power outages and such, is absurd. No longer going to frequent this location, as this just shows that they do not possess the capability to persevere during a backlog or through adversity. Beyond pathetic to be told without a care in the world that they are no longer accepting orders. This is the end of the line for our patronage with this establishment.

I love this pizza but service is horrible I called the store and was put on hold then hung up on at least 3 times after calling back. And one time answering the phone and calling me some random name so My cheesebread was missing from my order after paying $45 and tipped the driver $6 on my card and $5 in cash so I called and they said they will send so over a half hour later I called and they said sorry they will remake and send back out like they never got it when they said they would send it just wow....bad for businesses there.
