I have been going for about 5 years and it was not too bad. Over the last few months the pizza quality, flavor, quantity of ingredients have changed along with the customer service. In the past when I called I was greeted as a long term customer and the coupon was added automatically. Now I have to make sure it is added and with the quality of pizza change I will move on to another better pace down the road on Elms.
I went yesterday and it was pretty good. The only thing I didn't like was that the employees were smoking outside and I had to wait until one of them came to talk to me at the window. But other than that pizza was very good.
We have never had such a bad experience ordering pizza before! We placed our order at 5:45pm received an email stating our pizza would be delivered by 6:45pm. It's now 7pm so I call a guy answered and states the pizza was picked up by the driver and should be arriving shortly. It is now 7:40pm I call again and a lady answers I let her know the situation she tells me delivery times are longer than usually keep in mind I live no more than 10 minutes from this location. I tell her I spoke the the guys and he told me it should have been here and she then tells me he just said that to get you off the phone..... pizza doesn't arrive until 8pm 2 hours and 15 minutes after we ordered. This will be the last time I ever order from this place.
Order a pizza and wings through app, was told it would be ready in 15 mins. Arrive to store to be told food was not ready, 20 mins later still no food. I had to leave and could no longer wait, I called to let them know I need my order canceled. It was a hassle for them to now locate my order, asked to speak with the manager to get my refund. No empathy or care for customer service, now I have to wait 7 days for a refund. This is my last time ordering from pizza hut.
