I enjoy their food. It is very nostalgic for me. I especially loved that they had a pumpkin decorated pizza! They did a wonderful job creating it. Made holiday even better. Would love this idea for all holidays

Absolutely disgusting. Touching cash and then food while wearing the same gloves. Touching their masks while food prepping. The grout between the floor tiles is overflowing with compacted dirt.

I am very disappointed! I ordered a grilled chicken ceaser salad. There was about 5 or 6 little tiny pieces the size of a plain m&m. Not to impressed!!

Make sure you ask for confirmation they placed your order. I called in an order and when I showed up 20 mins later they had no record. No apology -offered a discount if I wanted to wait for the food. I waited for the food. I didn’t even take the discount. I just won’t be back. An apology goes a long way. Especially after I double checked to make sure I didn’t call wrong store. They took my order and never keyed it in. I waited 45 mins for a cheese pizza. Such a waste of time. Go to Domino’s-or a different papa ginos

Frequent customer, and past doordash driver here. Every time I’ve come here, I’ve had to wait at least 20 minutes past the estimated time, sometimes it’s not even ready when I get there, when it was ordered online. Employees stand near the delivery door, share pictures and memes on their phone and ignore customers. I’ve had to report 3 orders to doordash as I was made to wait 20 minutes or more past the pick up time. Tonight, again I stood in the lobby for 35 minutes waiting for a SALAD while I watched full pizzas start and finish in their oven. I left with already paying it was so bad.nnAbsolute worst papa gino’s, and admittedly the first time I’ve decided it requires a review. I’ll be using the extra gas to go to the raynham location.
