We were connected with this company through Amer. Home Shield and due to their poor communication skills I gave them a bad rating. Since then, they have contacted me (not a problem) and then wanted to argue with me and tell me I was wrong in my rating.

Got this company sent to me by American Home Shield for my microwave repair. They showed up and after realizing that the repair will involve some constriction since microwave is built in, and AHS does not pay much, they just walked away and then told AHS that it was my fault it was broken thus completely screwing my options and charged me $75 for it. I would stay away from this company by all means.

Great customer service and extremely professional. Came through during covid-19 with mask and was one of the only companies willing to inspect during these times. Recommended by modern appliances for TV inspection that we thought got damaged during Army move.nExtremely fast, clear inspection. Cost was about $85. Highly recommend. He also informed me that they fix appliances.

To be clear, they didn’t actually repair anything for me, but that is why I was so impressed. I am in Austin, they are in Killeen, and LG referred me to them to get a warranty repair. We quickly discovered I am outside of their service range, and yet Willie still took the initiative to walk me through the process of what LG was supposed to do, but hadn’t in the 2 hours and 4 representatives of effort I’d already spent with them. He told me exactly what I needed to ask for when I called LG back and what the process was supposed to be.....and all of this after it was clear he would get no money from my business. Just amazing customer service and a caring person so I would definitely recommend CSM Electronics!!!!

CSM Electronics is great. I have a large Sony tailgate 350 watt speaker that several places, to include Best Buy, would NOT fix. This shop was recommended from the electronics repair shop on base. At first I was told NO because Sony doesn't sell parts to unauthorized repair shops. I insisted they at least run diagnostics to see why it wasn't working. They did. It was the main board and they were able to repair it at half the cost of a new speaker. It took less than a week. I'm am very pleased with CSM and will continue to do business with them in the future. The staff was very friendly as well and communicated with me regularly until pick-up. My thanks to this business and staff.
