We are here for several months. The Park is gated and the office staff is very friendly and helpful. The park is kept very neat and clean.It is full hookups and WiFi is available.When here for extended stay, you are afforded a mailbox as well. Many here are extended stay but there are numerous open spaces as well. There is a county park beside the RV Park with a locked gate that has a combination access. It is pet friendly here as well. The monthly rates are reasonable.

Great place. It's impressive how the management is on top of the upkeep and care for the park. Very family oriented! If you don't want a wave, a nod, or a smile from your neighbors this is not the place for you. If we're in this area again, we'll be back.

I lived here for 8 months and it is the best park I've lived in! The owners are absolutely wonderful and super helpful. Other residents are nice and friendly, too! Gated and safe, and there's a gate from the RV park into a city park perfect for jogging and walking your dog. Clean laundry facilities with nice washers and dryers. AND you get your own mailbox which is awesome; Ive never had my own mailbox at a park before. Paved roads and slabs makes leveling the trailer easy and helps keep everything clean. Lots of trees and shaded spots, and they mow weekly which keeps it looking nice. They offer free wifi, but I do a lot of streaming so I decided to get my own. About an 8-minute drive to Ft Hood, and 10-15 minutes to any other store or restaurant in town. 10/10 do recommend, and would love to stay here again.

Great place to park your RV in Killeen. Clean park and well maintained. Owner is very professional and friendly to all.
